Garage door Torsion Spring Installation Cost?

My Wayne Dalton Garage door has a broken or stuck torsion spring. I would like to fix it myself but I think I need to order a new spring anyway as it has been 9 years. Roughly how much will it cost in parts and labor to replace if labor is $70 and hour? This is a one spring setup.

A pro can do this job in an hour or so. The spring should cost less than $100. This is not a DIY project. There is a lot of tension in the spring, and it's very easy to get seriously hurt. Even with a a trip charge, you should still be able to have this done for less than $200. Hope this helps.
